What this site stores on your device — and what it deliberately doesn't.

1. The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to on our side.
We store exactly one item in your browser's local storage, described in section 3. Separately, some third-party services we embed — our host and our video player — set their own cookies, and we explain those in section 4.
2. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device and sends back with each request. Local storage is a similar browser feature, but the data stays on your device and is never automatically transmitted to a server.
3. What we store

This item is strictly functional. It contains no identifier, is not linked to you, and is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you block it, the only effect is that the hint reappears each time you open the floor plan.
4. Cookies set by third parties
Loading the site causes your browser to fetch content from the providers below. We do not control the cookies they set and cannot read them.

If you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Google Maps, those services will set their own cookies once you arrive. That is outside this site and governed by their policies.
5. What we do not use
- No Google Analytics, or any other analytics or measurement platform
- No advertising, retargeting or conversion pixels
- No session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking
- No social media tracking widgets — our social links are plain hyperlinks
- No cross-site or third-party profiling of any kind
6. How to control storage
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Useful entry points:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Clear browsing data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking the Cloudflare security cookies may prevent parts of the site from loading. Blocking everything else has no effect beyond the floor plan hint reappearing and the hero video possibly not playing.
7. Changes
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page and introduce a proper consent mechanism before switching it on. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
