Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use the Bake Expo 2026 website.
Last updated · 22 July 2026
1. About these terms
This website (bakeexpo.in) is operated by Bakers Association Kerala ("BAK", "we", "us"), organiser of Bake Expo 2026. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website only. Exhibiting at, sponsoring or attending the event is governed by a separate written agreement — see section 4.
2. The site is informational
We publish this site to describe Bake Expo 2026 and to help exhibitors and trade visitors plan their participation. We work to keep it accurate, but:
- Event details — including dates, venue, floor layout, programme, speakers, exhibitor lists and zone allocations — may change. The event is currently scheduled for 9, 10 and 11 October 2026 at Adlux International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Angamaly, Kerala.
- Statistics describing previous editions (visitor numbers, exhibitor counts, growth figures) are drawn from our own records and are provided for guidance.
- We give no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
3. Stall availability and pricing
This section matters, so please read it carefully.
- The floor plan at /stall shows stall availability and indicative pricing drawn from our booking system. It is provided for information only.
- Availability changes continuously. A stall shown as available may already be under offer or allotted, and the map may not reflect this immediately.
- Prices shown are indicative, may exclude applicable taxes, levies and optional services, and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
- Submitting the reservation form places a temporary hold, not a booking. It holds your selected stalls for 4 days and creates no contract. An email enquiry is an expression of interest and holds nothing.
- If payment is not received within the hold period, the hold lapses and the stalls return to general availability without further notice.
- A stall is only allotted once we issue written confirmation and the applicable payment terms are met. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry, and to reallocate or relocate stalls where operationally necessary.
4. Exhibitor, sponsor and visitor terms
Participation in the event is subject to the exhibitor agreement, sponsorship agreement or visitor entry conditions issued separately by BAK, together with the venue's rules and any applicable safety, licensing and food-handling regulations. Where those documents conflict with these website terms, those documents prevail in respect of the event.
Bake Expo is a business-to-business trade event. Entry conditions, including any trade-only days and any public day, are announced by BAK and may be varied.
5. Intellectual property
The Bake Expo and Bakers Association Kerala names, logos, marks, site design, text, graphics and photography are owned by BAK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal business use in evaluating participation in the event. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.
Third-party company names, brands and logos shown on this site — including past exhibitor listings, partner marks and media logos — remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the site — including stall availability, pricing or exhibitor listings — by automated means without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or availability
- Misrepresent yourself as an official of BAK or Bake Expo, or imply endorsement we have not given
7. External links
The site links to third-party services and websites, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links do not imply endorsement, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAK, its office bearers, members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this site, or your reliance on any information published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and local storage in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the "last updated" date shown above, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection law.
